Look Again

Sometimes the greatest limitations we face are not around us but inside us. In Genesis 15, God meets Abram in a moment of honest tension, not with explanations, but with a change of perspective. Abram had already obeyed God in major ways, yet he still found himself living in the gap between what God promised and what he was experiencing. Rather than rebuking Abram for his questions, God brought him outside the tent and pointed him toward the stars. The tent represented the small thinking, lowered expectations, and edited promises we settle for when waiting becomes exhausting. God changed Abram's view before He changed his situation, and that shift in perspective was itself a miracle. Faith does not ignore the facts, but it refuses to let the facts have the final word. The ceiling over your head is not all there is to your life.
