Dream Team?
The Dream Team is made up of incredible people who use their gifts and passions to help build and grow The Way Church. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading future world changers to Jesus by serving on one of our NextGen Youth and Young Adult Teams, to crafting life-changing experiences with the Events Team, to tearing down relational barriers by leading a Small Group. Our Dream Team advances the Kingdom of God by transforming lives through excellent service.

A-Team
The A-Team is the administrative force behind every event, conference, and gathering at The Way Church. The beauty of the A-Team is that it is made up of members with elite administrative and business acumen working together to execute a project. When the A-Team walks in, help walks in! The A-Team gets it done!
Bookstore
The purpose of the Bookstore (The Waypoint Store) is to serve as a resource center for members and guests by providing supplemental resources that assist people with growth & development (books, devotional guides, etc.) and offer ministry brand apparel that represents who we are and reflects what we do.
Connections Team
The purpose of the Assimilation Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and members of The Way Church. This team serves as part of the assimilation process by supporting our members through the completion of our Growth Track. This team is equipped to provide the information necessary to help our members transition effectively into our church family.
Events Team
The purpose of the Events Team is to assist in the planning and executing of events within the church (Ministry events) and in the community (Outreach events).
Guest Services
The Guest Services Team is a team that serves guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending The Way Church worship gatherings.
Health & Wellness
Our Health & Wellness team helps to medically assist members who need assistance while attending a The Way worship gathering and/or special event. We are the medical liaisons in the event of a medical emergency.
Hospitality Team
The Hospitality Team is to create a family feel experience by serving refreshments, meals, and beverages to guest and dream team members.
Host Team
The Host Team is a team that serves guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression as they arrive. Our purpose is to help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending The Way Church worship gatherings
Media Team
This team utilizes technology to connect The Way Church to the world. We provide a creative environment for you to use your gifts to serve the world. This team is responsible for live and recorded video, photography, audio production, graphics, lighting, and more!
Next Gen Team
The Next Gen Team helps to create an environment where children from kindergarten through fifth discover and develop a passion for God through worship, Bible teachings, small groups and a variety of fun activities. Children are taught God's Word and grow in their relationship with Him.
PA Team
The purpose of the personal assistant ministry is to provide the personal aid and support necessary in serving the pastor and guests of The Way Church. Personal assistants ensure that minor encumbrances and foxes that spoil the vine (Songs of Songs 2:15) don’t distract leadership from their God given assignments.
Parking Team
It is the responsibility of the Parking Team to serve as the frontline of The Way Church and make sure that people encounter authentic welcome expressions when they arrive on our grounds. We are excited and filled with joy each time we see a person driving up to worship with our family, and we express that excitement and joy in the way we greet them.
Prayer Team
The purpose of the Prayer Team is to ensure care, community and connection for the guests and members of The Way Church. It is the responsibility of this team to assist the Pastor by praying for our guests and members at the end of a gathering; and invite them to take the next steps in salvation.
Security Team
The Security Team is to ensure a secure and safe environment for all congregants in attendance during worship gatherings and special events. The Security Team is a team that remains watchful in order to guard the flow of service and make certain that everything is done decently and in order.
Small Group Team
The Small Groups Team facilitates content aimed at fostering the spiritual growth of our members. Whether you want to teach, support the instructor, or take attendance, joining the Small Groups Team gives you the opportunity to help transform lives.
Temple Team
This team facilitates a breathtaking experience for services and special events by setting up, breaking down, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the functionality of our facilities.
Welcome Team
The purpose of the Welcome Team is to serve guests and visitors by providing them with a breathtaking first impression when they arrive at our church. We help produce and maintain a transformative worship experience by creating an authentic atmosphere of love and acceptance for all people attending The Way Church worship gatherings.
